- a couple leaves of rocket and bloody dock
- lollo rosso and lollo bianco salad
- 5 stems of chive
- 3 hands of walnuts
- 300g raspberries
- olive oil, aceto balsamico and pepper (and salt if you like)
what you do:
- wash all salad leaves, chives and raspberries
- tear them, put in a bowl with all the other ingredients
- top off with olive oil, aceto balsamico and pepper
- super easy, super fresh!
