breakfast smoothie for the sweet tooth

what you need:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • milk
  • 1-2 tsp cocoa powder (depending on how much milk you used)

what you do:
  • chop banana, put into blender
  • add oatmeal, almonds and some milk
  • start blending and keep adding milk until you reach a consistency you like
  • add cocoa powder and mix it in
