- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground almonds
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- milk
- 1-2 tsp cocoa powder (depending on how much milk you used)
what you do:
- chop banana, put into blender
- add oatmeal, almonds and some milk
- start blending and keep adding milk until you reach a consistency you like
- add cocoa powder and mix it in
