Today I mixed my own yogurt for breakfast. I used two cups of plain yogurt, a handful of oatmeal and some sliced grapes, Since the yogurt and the grapes taste pretty tart, I added some honey to sweeten it. What I love about this is that you can adapt it to your own liking and the oatmeal is pretty filling, especially after it absorbed some of the yogurt and is a little swollen.
