- 1/2 a head of lettuce
- 1 bell pepper
- 60g black olives
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 medium sized onion
- 200 g feta
- olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh black pepper
what you do:
- clean and chop lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes and cucumber
- slice onion into rings and chop feta roughly
- add black olives
- top off with olive oil, vinegar and pepper
