what you need (for 4-5 people):
- 500g pasta
- 300g spinach
- 2 tomatoes
- pine nuts
- rapeseed oil
- teaspoon of sambal oelek (optional)
- smoked salmon (optional)
- any spices you'd like to use aditionally; I didn't really need anything more but maybe you do?
what you do:
- cook your pasta and spinach and chop the tomatoes
- roast the pine nuts in a (big) pan until they have a light brown coloring
- add a sip of oil, sambal oelek and saute the tomatoes in there
- tip: don't use olive oil when you plan to heat it up! You'll loose all unsaturated fatty acids which is all what's good about the olive oil in the first place!
- add the pasta and spinach (and salmon) and blend it all together!
- in case you need more spices, add those and let it all simmer for a few minutes so the flavors of all ingredients can display
