what you need (for 4-5 people):
- 500 g pasta
- 150g black olives
- 5 dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 250g mozzarella
- (Parma ham)
- (5 artichokes in oil)
- a handful of basil leaves/spinach/rocket
- (fresh Parmesan cheese)
- olive oil
- pepper
what you do:
- cook pasta according to instructions on the packaging
- chop dried and fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, artichokes and ham
- put them in a big bowl, add olives and pasta
- wash basil leaves/spinach/rocket (whatever you choose), maybe rip them a little and add them too
- add a sip of olive oil (I actually used some of the oil that came with the dried tomatoes because it's already seasoned) and pepper and grate some of the Parmesan cheese
- artichokes usually taste pretty salty so you won't need any extra of that
