potatoe wedges, grilled tomatoes and feta cheese and tzatziki

what you need (for about 3 people):
  • 9 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup of rapeseed oil
  • pepper, salt, oregano, chilli powder if you like
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g low fat curd cheese/quark
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • half a cucumber
  • 2 stems of green onions
  • dill, pepper, salt

what you do:
  • wash potatoes and cut them into evenly sized wedges; distribute them over the baking tray (covered with baking paper)
  • mix rapeseed oil, pepper, salt, oregano and chilli poweder in a cup; spread that over the wedges using a pastry brush
  • put them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200°C
  • take a bowl and put the quark and yogurt in there
  • peel the cucumber and grate it in there; wash and slice the green onions and add them too
  • mix it all with pepper, salt and dill until you like how it tastes
  • wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges; chop feta cheese into big pieces
  • take a pan, oil it a little and fry the tomatoes and cheese real quickly, otherwise it's just gonna fall all apart
  • bon appétit!
