spinach-mango salad

what you need:
  • spinach
  • a couple of bloody dock leaves
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 mango
  • pepper, salt, olive oil and some aceto balsamico

what you do:
  • wash spinach, bloody dock leaves and tomatoes
  • tear spinach and bloody dock leaves
  • slice tomatoes
  • peel and cube the mango
  • top off with pepper, salt, olive oil and aceto balsamico

I'm usually not a huge fan of mixing sweet and hearty tastes but the cherry tomatoes and the mango really complement each other and the aceto balsamico goes really well with all of that. Risky mixture for my taste, but turned out to be so yummy!
