what you need:
  • one banana
  • 2/3 of an espresso cup almonds
  • milk, about 200 ml

what you do:
  • slice banana
  • put it into blender, as well as almonds and some milk
  • start mixing
  • keep adding milk and mixing until you reach the consistency you like
  • I put mine into the fridge for a while because I prefer my smoothie cold or at least cool; alternatively you could freeze the banana slices over night


This is actually how I carry around my smoothies when I don't have the time to drink them at home, which is most of the time :D
