- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1/4 pineapple
- milk
what you do:
- dice apple and pineapple (if you never chopped a pineapple before here's a quick instruction)
- peel orange
- put all the fruits into the blender and blend really well, add milk until you reached your desired texture
- if you like, put it in the fridge for a couple of minutes
- actually I have to say that I probably won't use apples for smoothies again, I feel like it makes the smoothie really chunky; don't get me wrong, it still tastes really good, I just dont like the consistency, but if you do: go for it!
