- 4-5 bread rolls
- about 4 tomatoes
- about 400g mozzarella or 150g feta
- pepper, salt, italien herbs
what you do:
- slice the breadrolls, tomatoes and mozzarella (if you're using feta, crumble it a little)
- spread breadrolls on baking sheet, add tomatoes and mozzarella/feta
- top off with pepper, salt and herbs
- put them in the oven at about 180°C until the cheese starts to melt
