tagliatelle with olive oil, rocket and basil

what you need (for 3 people):

• about 300-400 g tagliatelle
• 150ml olive oil
• 2 tsp sambal oelek (maybe try less when you're not used to it or don't like it that hot)
• about 5 big rocket leaves
• a handful of basil
• Parmesan

what you do:

• cook pasta according to packaging
• wash rocket and basil and cut finely; I actually used scissors for it
• put that in a bowl or cup and add olive oil and sambal oelek
• mix it around a little until it's well blended
• serve pasta with that oil-mixture and top off with fresh Parmesan
