- about 300-400 g tagliatelle
- 150ml olive oil
- 2 tsp sambal oelek (maybe try less when you're not used to it or don't like it that hot)
- about 5 big rocket leaves
- a handful of basil
- Parmesan
what you do:
- cook pasta according to packaging
- wash rocket and basil and cut finely; I actually used scissors for it
- put that in a bowl or cup and add olive oil and sambal oelek
- mix it around a little until it's well blended
- serve pasta with that oil-mixture and top off with fresh Parmesan
