- 300g flour
- 600ml milk
- a splash of lemon juice
- 3 eggs
what you do:
- blend all the ingredients really well so you get a pretty liquid and smooth dough
- heat the pan, add a little oil and then pour only as much dough in there so the bottom of the pan is thinly covered
- when the edges of the crêpe come off of the pan, you can turn it and fry it from the other side
- both sides should get only slightly brown, unless you like a burnt/smoky taste ;)
- I like to have my crêpes with either nutella and fruits or cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice
I love crepes...and of coure nutella! :)
