greek salad

what you need (for about 3 people):
  • 1/2 a head of lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 60g black olives
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 200 g feta
  • olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh black pepper

what you do:
  • clean and chop lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes and cucumber
  • slice onion into rings and chop feta roughly
  • add black olives
  • top off with olive oil, vinegar and pepper
