- 200 g quinoa
- 50 g amaranth
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 tomatoe
- 1/2 zucchini
- 50g black olives
- 50g feta
- 1 small onion
- pepper, salt, olive oil, a bit tomatoe paste, italian herbs
what you do:
- put quinoa and amaranth into a pot and cook for a couple of minutes
- in the meantime, clean bell pepper, tomatoe and zucchini
- chop bell pepper, tomatoe, olives and feta finely
- rasp zucchini and slice onion finely
- mix it all in a bowl and season with pepper, salt, olive oil, tomatoe paste and herbs
