- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- plastic wrap
what you do:
- mix yeast, water, olive oil, sugar and salt in a bowl
- let that sit for 10-20 minutes
- than mix it with flour until you get a dough-y consistency
- cover your working place with flour and kneed the dough for a couple of minutes
- slightly coat your bowl with olive oil, put dough in it and cover with plastic wrap
- let it sit for about 1 hour until it's risen to twice its size
- start forming your pizza
- cover it with tomatoe sauce, cheese and whatever you like
- preheat your oven to 250°C and bake your pizza until it gets a slightly brown/gold color
My toppings were tomatoe sauce, black olives, tomatoe slices, basil, rocket and loads and loads of mozzarella. |
