meaty recipe for a change

what you need:
  • about 600g chicken breast filet
  • 600 ml cream
  • 2 stems of green onions
  • a thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 pepper bell
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 carrot
  • pepper, salt, curry
  • rapeseed oil
  • 1 cup of bulgur
  • 2 cups of water

what you do:
  • clean green onions, peel ginger and chop both finely
  • pour some oil into a pan, add ginger and green onions
  • chop chicken breast filets roughly
  • start frying green onions and ginger, add chicken breast
  • fry it all for about 2 minutes, add cream
  • give bulgur a wash
  • put into a pot and add water (and salt if you like), bring to a short boil and then let it simmer
  • chop bell pepper, zucchini and carrot roughly, add to chicken breast
  • season with pepper salt and curry and let it simmer
  • after a couple of minutes, you can serve it
