- about 600g chicken breast filet
- 600 ml cream
- 2 stems of green onions
- a thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 1 pepper bell
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 carrot
- pepper, salt, curry
- rapeseed oil
- 1 cup of bulgur
- 2 cups of water
what you do:
- clean green onions, peel ginger and chop both finely
- pour some oil into a pan, add ginger and green onions
- chop chicken breast filets roughly
- start frying green onions and ginger, add chicken breast
- fry it all for about 2 minutes, add cream
- give bulgur a wash
- put into a pot and add water (and salt if you like), bring to a short boil and then let it simmer
- chop bell pepper, zucchini and carrot roughly, add to chicken breast
- season with pepper salt and curry and let it simmer
- after a couple of minutes, you can serve it
