- 1 banana
- 3 plums
- 1-2 hands of flax seed
- milk
- chop banana and plums roughly (I just break the banana in parts with my hands)
- put into blender, add flax seed and milk
- blend, blend, blend, add milk (if you need to), blend!
I know this is nothing special and just another smoothie-recipe, but honestly, I think sometimes it's not so much about how to do something but about the idea which ingredients work well together, what you could combine and things like that. :)
