- 250g tagliatelle
- 2 cups of spinach
- about 10 mushrooms
- a couple of cherry tomatoes
- a slice of lemon/ a little lemon juice
- pepper, salt, some oil
- a little cream/milk
what you do:
- cook tagliatelle according to packaging
- wash and chop up mushrooms, wash spinach and remove possible stems, wash and chop up tomatoes
- oil small pan/pot, add mushrooms
- fry them shortly, add cream/milk
- add in spinach leaves
- season with lemon juice, pepper and salt
- let the sauce simmer until spinach is done (when spinach is done, the mushrooms should be too)
- drain tagliatelle, serve with sauce and top off with cherry tomatoes
- tip: some freshly grated Parmesan goes well with this too!
