german ravioli, tomatoes and green onions

Who knew you can rustle them up in something else than soup?



what you need:
  • german ravioli
  • 3-4 stems of green onions
  • about 2 tomatoes
  • mozarella or any other cheese (optional)
  • pepper, salt
  • cream or crème fraîche or anything else that adds something saucey!
  • some rapeseed oil

what you do:
  • slice up the onions and tomatoes
  • pour a little oil into your pan and start frying the onions and tomatoes
  • cut the german ravioli into slices and add them into the pan
  • add cream, pepper and salt and let it all simmer for a couple of minutes
  • add some cheese if you want to and let it melt a little
  • done!

tip: if you wanna go extra fancy or have a little more time you can always add some more vegetables or a dash of lemon/tabasco?
