what you need:
- german ravioli
- 3-4 stems of green onions
- about 2 tomatoes
- mozarella or any other cheese (optional)
- pepper, salt
- cream or crème fraîche or anything else that adds something saucey!
- some rapeseed oil
what you do:
- slice up the onions and tomatoes
- pour a little oil into your pan and start frying the onions and tomatoes
- cut the german ravioli into slices and add them into the pan
- add cream, pepper and salt and let it all simmer for a couple of minutes
- add some cheese if you want to and let it melt a little
- done!
tip: if you wanna go extra fancy or have a little more time you can always add some more vegetables or a dash of lemon/tabasco?
