- 400g spaghetti or you could use some asian noodles
- rapeseed oil
- half of a medium sized onion
- a thumb sized piece of ginger
- one large green onion
- a teaspoon of sambal oelek
- 2-3 carrots
- one red pepper
- broccoli or zucchini if you like
- an egg
- soy sauce
what you do:
- cook pasta in salty water according to instructions on packaging
- chop onion, ginger and green onions into really small pieces
- peel and chop carrots
- clean and chop red pepper, broccoli and zucchini
- fry all the vegetables and sambal oelek and add pasta after about 2 minutes
- fry them too and deglaze the whole thing with a huge sip of soy sauce
- throw the egg in there too and blend it all around really well
- eeeeeeeeeenjoy!
