my kind of asian pasta recipe

what you need:
  • 400g spaghetti or you could use some asian noodles
  • rapeseed oil
  • half of a medium sized onion
  • a thumb sized piece of ginger
  • one large green onion
  • a teaspoon of sambal oelek
  • 2-3 carrots
  • one red pepper
  • broccoli or zucchini if you like
  • an egg
  • soy sauce

what you do:
  • cook pasta in salty water according to instructions on packaging
  • chop onion, ginger and green onions into really small pieces
  • peel and chop carrots
  • clean and chop red pepper, broccoli and zucchini
  • fry all the vegetables and sambal oelek and add pasta after about 2 minutes
  • fry them too and deglaze the whole thing with a huge sip of soy sauce
  • throw the egg in there too and blend it all around really well
  • eeeeeeeeeenjoy!
