feta-spinach stuffed pastry

what you need:
  • 270g puff pastry
  • 100g spinach (fresh or deep frozen)
  • 80g feta
  • water/egg

what you do:
  •  cut puff pastry into squares
  • put a little spinach and cheese on one half of each square
  • fold the other half above it and press the rims together so it all stays in place
  • brush a little water or a beaten egg over the pastry
  • bake the pastry at 220°C for about 10 minutes (or according to instructions on the packaging)
