- 270g puff pastry
- 100g spinach (fresh or deep frozen)
- 80g feta
- water/egg
what you do:
- cut puff pastry into squares
- put a little spinach and cheese on one half of each square
- fold the other half above it and press the rims together so it all stays in place
- brush a little water or a beaten egg over the pastry
- bake the pastry at 220°C for about 10 minutes (or according to instructions on the packaging)
