- 250g macaroni
- 50g mushrooms
- 1/2 zucchini
- 100ml cream
- pepper, salt, lemon juice
- a handful of basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- rapeseed oil
- a piece of Parmesan cheese
what you do:
- cook pasta according to packaging
- clean and slice mushrooms and zucchini thinly
- chop garlic and basil finely
- put garlic, mushrooms and zucchini and a splash of oil into a pan and fry that shortly
- add cream, pepper, salt, a dash of lemon juice and basil
- let that simmer for a couple more minutes
- add pasta and blend
- top off with some grated Parmesan
