zucchini mushroom macaroni

what you need (for 2 people):
  • 250g macaroni
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 100ml cream
  • pepper, salt, lemon juice
  • a handful of basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • rapeseed oil
  • a piece of Parmesan cheese

what you do:
  • cook pasta according to packaging
  • clean and slice mushrooms and zucchini thinly
  • chop garlic and basil finely
  • put garlic, mushrooms and zucchini and a splash of oil into a pan and fry that shortly
  • add cream, pepper, salt, a dash of lemon juice and basil
  • let that simmer for a couple more minutes
  • add pasta and blend
  • top off with some grated Parmesan
