quick and simple pasta

what you need (for 2 people):
  • 250g spaghetti
  • 150ml cream
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 125g mozzarella
  • oil
  • oregano, fresh black pepper, fresh basil leaves

what you do:
  • cook spaghetti in salty water
  • chop tomatoes and onio, put into small pan and add a splash of oil
  • fry them for about 1 minute
  • add cream and lower the heat
  • add oregano, pepper and basil
  • chop mozzarella, take pan from the hotplate and add mozzarella
  • drain spaghetti with a strainer, put them back in the pot and add sauce
  • blend well and serve
