- 250g spaghetti
- 150ml cream
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 small onion
- 125g mozzarella
- oil
- oregano, fresh black pepper, fresh basil leaves
what you do:
- cook spaghetti in salty water
- chop tomatoes and onio, put into small pan and add a splash of oil
- fry them for about 1 minute
- add cream and lower the heat
- add oregano, pepper and basil
- chop mozzarella, take pan from the hotplate and add mozzarella
- drain spaghetti with a strainer, put them back in the pot and add sauce
- blend well and serve
Sieht sehr lecker aus und wird die nächste woche mal nach gekocht ^^
