What I ate Wednesday


My breakfast was my go-to granola with lots of oatmeal, almonds and chocolate bits (which are swimming on top).



As lunch, I had a big salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pointed pepper, mixed nuts and mozzarella. As a dressing I had olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper.



As a snack for the time on the road, I made two sandwiches with spelt (I think?) bread, cream cheese and cucumber.



When I arrived at my mom's, I ordered pizza as a very late dinner (around 10-ish). I had mine with mushrooms, rocket, tomatoes and Parma ham.
