the ultimate banana smoothie

what you need:
  • 2 bananas
  • 2-3 tsp honey
  • milk
  • a handful of oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (I used the crushed one but regular should work too)

what you do:
  • peel and chop bananas roughly
  • add honey, oatmeal and flaxseed and a little milk
  • blend and keep adding milk until you reached the consistency you like :)
