- 2 bananas
- 2-3 tsp honey
- milk
- a handful of oatmeal
- 1 tbsp flaxseed (I used the crushed one but regular should work too)
what you do:
- peel and chop bananas roughly
- add honey, oatmeal and flaxseed and a little milk
- blend and keep adding milk until you reached the consistency you like :)
