What I ate Wednesday

 My breakfast today was porridge topped off with a banana, a plum and some honey.

 As lunch I had leftovers from yesterday's dinner. I think that's a German dish which is basically just made of potatoes and green beans, but it's really yummy and easy to make.

For dinner I adapted a recipe I posted a while ago. It's wholemeal toast with tomatoes and feta which I baked in the oven. On top I put pepper and oregano.

I'm feeling like I'm getting sick, so I've been drinking tea all day long. I had two pots of apple-fig tea which is about 3-3,5 liters.
