quick breakfast

what you need:
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp oatmeal
  • honey (optional)

what you do:
  • chop up apple into a bowl
  • add yoghurt, flax seed and oatmeal
  • if you like add a little honey and blend



This may seem like a really small breakfast, but trust me, the flax seed and oatmeal are going swell and fill up your stomach. Depending on how much you usually eat in the morning and on your preferences, you can always adjust my measurements to what you like.
Plus, you can always change up the fruit, for instance I tried this with pomegranate as well and it was really yummy!
